Industrial Edge Gateway for Fluke Thermalert® TV30 Pyrometer
In high-stakes industrial environments, a slight temperature deviation can mean the difference between seamless production and costly equipment failure. Our Industrial Edge Gateway, purpose-built for the Fluke Thermalert TV30 Pyrometer, transforms raw thermal data into actionable business intelligence.
Business-First Thermal Intelligence Instead of just monitoring heat, our solution ensures operational continuity. By leveraging high-performance edge computing, the gateway processes data at the source, allowing for instantaneous decision-making without the latency of cloud-only processing.
Core Capabilities
High-Performance Edge Computing
Move beyond static thresholds with an engine that analyzes real-time thermal patterns and subtle deviations. By identifying irregularities that simple alarms miss, the system flags potential issues in their early stages, allowing your team to intervene before they escalate into critical failures or costly downtime.
- Raspberry Pi 4 Model B (64 bit Quad Core Cortex-A72 ARM V8 @ 1.5GHz) Provides the high-speed computational backbone needed to manage heavy data loads and complex 64-bit processing with industrial-grade efficiency.
- 4GB LPDDR4-3200 SDRAM for robust data processing High-performance memory that ensures smooth, real-time data handling and prevents bottlenecks during peak operational workloads.
- 64GB Industrial microSDXC (Class 10, A1) storage High-endurance, professional-grade storage built for continuous data logging and long-term reliability in demanding environments.
- Optimized for real-time anomaly detection algorithms Custom-engineered software tuned specifically for the hardware to deliver ultra-low latency and immediate recognition of thermal irregularities.
